For over 15 years, I’ve been working in IT, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management with Intune. My experience includes end-user and application support, along with supporting and managing devices and environments across both on-premises and cloud setups, including workplace technologies like meeting rooms.

Most of what I know comes from working in live environments, solving real problems, sometimes the hard way. That experience has shaped how I approach systems today, keep them stable, reliable and easier to manage where possible.

This blog is my personal space to share stories, insights, lessons learned, and the tips I’ve gathered along the way that others might find interesting or useful. Technology keeps evolving, and I like keeping up with it, refining how I work, and finding better ways to support the systems and people behind them.
